People are talking!

Teachers, students, parents, grandparents, game enthusiasts, magazine editors all have something in common: They love our games.

Here's what some of them had to say:

"No doubt the funnest group game ever since CatchPhrase. This game is incredibly easy to set up (scatter the cards face down in the middle), easy to explain to a group, hysterically funny, and easy to clean up! Need I say more?"

"Educational fun with lots of laughs! I just purchased this game, and my Mom and I played for about an hour! This game is simple, lively and entertaining with no complex rules, no small pieces to loose, and yet is one of the funnest games I've ever played! It also teaches sentence structure, grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and overall language skills. I recommend this game to everyone!"

“This is a card game where everyone wins. Definitely recommended by The Old Schoolhouse Magazine.”
--August 2005, The Old Schoolhouse Magazine

“The game is great. I bought one for a friend who homeschools her two children. She is a college professor. They love it and play it with other homeschooled students. I have used it with my son and I brought it in to my University of Delaware Curriculum for Gifted and Talented class this summer to show to the Gifted and Talented teachers taking the course…they enjoyed it and found it challenging and fun.”

“Our entire family really enjoys playing games. At times the competition is fierce. I thought it would be a good idea to try out You've Been Sentenced with my extended family. We all met at my mother's house for Mother's Day. We started the game around 4:00 pm. Finally stopped at approximately 8:00pm because some had to leave. We had an absolute blast playing the game. The ages playing ranged from 16 to 79. My favorite part of the story was at the end of the night when we were leaving, my mom asked if the game could stay even though we were leaving. I told her we would be back next weekend with MY copy of You've Been Sentenced. Without a doubt we will bring this game on vacation. Here will be a younger audience, but that's the beauty of this game. There are really no age limits. Thanks to you and your team for the creation and sharing of this new game. I wish you luck in the future and I highly recommend this game in everyone's collection.”

“…nicely designed game… appropriate to participant’s ages and patience levels.”
--July 2005, Metro Kids Magazine

“…I was so excited when I discovered this new language game, because as a teacher of English as a foreign language, I realized right away that it could be an excellent and fun tool for teaching English.  I'm an American living in Paris and I've been teaching French adults English for the past three years, and I'm always looking for new and creative ways of teaching our language.  This game will be a great help with fluency work and reviewing grammar and vocabulary in an amusing way.”
--Karen D., Foreign Languages Teacher, Paris, France

“You’ve Been Sentenced is a cool game.  It truly strengthens the imagination, vocabulary, and speed of all who play.  The quicker one can twist up a sentence with as many points as possible, the quicker and faster one learns to imagine. Yes the game is a challenge.  This game is a race.  Playing it is a race against the imaginations of the other players.  Thank you for the thrill.”
